Terms of Service
Last updated: 6 July 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Leverage Mentoring platform ("Platform") operated by Aiccomplish Mentoring and Coaching Platform Pty Ltd (ACN 693 164 939), trading as Leverage Mentoring ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.
1. Platform Overview
Leverage Mentoring is a private workspace platform that helps individuals structure and manage mentoring relationships. The Platform provides tools for goal-setting, session planning, reflections and progress tracking.
2. Account & Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You may not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of others without their consent.
If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organisation or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to agree to these Terms on that entity's behalf.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
- Harass, abuse or harm another user.
- Attempt to access another user's private workspace or data.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape or interfere with the Platform's infrastructure.
- Use automated systems (bots, crawlers) to access the Platform without permission.
- Upload or transmit any content that infringes upon any third party's intellectual property rights (including copyright, trademark, or patent).
- Upload or transmit any viruses, malware, or other malicious code.
4. Mentoring, vetting and scope
We review mentors before they are listed on the Expert Mentor Network. Our review includes a personal conversation, acknowledgement of our session guidelines, and payment-identity verification through our payment provider. Mentors displaying the Leverage Expert badge have completed this review.
Our review is not a guarantee of any outcome, result or fit, and is not an endorsement of any advice a mentor gives. Mentors are independent adults sharing their own experience; they are not our employees, agents or representatives, and we do not supervise, direct or control the content of any session.
Mentoring on the platform is not, and must not be relied on as, medical, mental-health, legal, financial or other professional advice. If you are experiencing a mental-health crisis, contact a qualified professional or your local emergency services.
Mentors you invite yourself are not reviewed by us; that relationship is entirely between you and them.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of all content you create on the Platform (goals, reflections, session notes). By using the Platform, you grant us a limited licence to store and display your content solely to provide the service.
Shared content within a mentoring workspace is visible to both participants. Private content (e.g. private reflections) is only visible to its author.
You grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, analyse, and display your content in an aggregated and anonymised form for the purposes of operating, improving, and marketing the Platform. For clarity, this does not permit us to identify you or disclose your individual content.
6. Billing & Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed monthly in Australian Dollars (AUD) via Stripe.
Free trials automatically convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.
You can cancel your subscription at any time via the billing settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds and credits for booked sessions follow our cancellation policy, shown at booking. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
We reserve the right to change our subscription fees. We will provide you with at least 30 days' notice of any price changes. Your continued use of the service after the price change constitutes your agreement to pay the modified amount.
6a. First-session guarantee
If your first session with a mentor you booked through the Leverage Expert Mentor Network isn't useful, email hello@leveragementoring.com.au within 7 days of the session and we'll refund that session in full to the original payment method.
- One guarantee per customer, applied to a single session.
- Applies only to sessions booked and paid for through the Leverage Expert Mentor Network. It does not apply to relationships with a mentor you invited yourself (which are free anyway) or to subscription fees.
- The request must come from the account that paid for the session, within 7 days of the session's scheduled end.
- Nothing in this guarantee limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leverage Mentoring and its directors, employees and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, goodwill or business opportunity, arising from your use of the Platform.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Leverage Mentoring from any claims, damages or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, your content, or your breach of these Terms.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
