Your terms
Charge, give, or both
Mentors join for different reasons. All of them are welcome here.
Set your rate
You keep 85% of every session, paid automatically after each one. No invoicing, no chasing.
Give sessions at base cost
Offer chosen slots at $20, which covers platform costs. You take nothing. For people who couldn't otherwise afford a session, and it shows on your profile.
Donate what you earn
Charge your rate and give some or all of it to a charity you choose. That shows on your profile too.
And mentoring someone you already know is always free. Members invite their own mentors at no cost, ever.
